Today I was browsing a magazine and fell in love with a Marchesa dress Jennifer Lopez had been pictured in. So I immediately had to ask my celebrity fashion stylist/tv host friend Linda Antwi where I can find that dress and in less than 10 minutes she was on it! And that picture lead us to a conversation about our dresses and favorite designer collections… Right now in the U.S. its Fashion Week. I am really excited this year to attend Philippine Fashion Week for  Holiday 2011.May 8-15th to be exact but I’m arriving May 10th-17th. I love looking laid back, but if I could wear heels and dresses all day I would! My favorite Filipino designer by far is Dubai based; Michael Cinco! He is just FAB! And unfortunately I only have 1 Michael Cinco couture dress but I really would want to own a Michael Cinco wedding dress, when and if that day comes.

His dresses take embellishment to another level, they can almost be described as an explosion of Swarovski crystals, beads and feathers. Old Hollywood glamour defines the ethos behind each dress, while awe-inspiring meets the reaction to the designs. It is no wonder he has a following of celebrity and diva clientele, as the dresses truly are stage-stealing.
