With my weight being an issue these past months, I decided to give you my meal plan =)

Alot of people have asked me ” Aby why the dramatic weight loss?” Well, as you all know I’m working in an industry where I’m going to have to be ready for the camera: do or die.So, I decided to convert back to vegan lifestyle(grilled chicken is an exception) and these past 2 months I went from being 120 lbs to a healthy 107lbs-110lbs it fluctuates.But overrall I’m happy! So, here are my stats many of you have messaged me about and this is what I typically eat etc.

Height- 5’5”

weight: 109 lbs

bust- 34C

waist- 23.5

hips- 36

shoe- 5.5/6.0,35.5/ 36.0

jeans- 24/25, 00/0 

Some thing I eat and drink- or dont for that matter- to help me stay in shape.

I DONT EAT:

-anything white- white bread, white rice (except w/sushi), mashed potatoes

-sweets

-cut out milk and sugar in my coffee

-no sodas

-no alcohol

-no ice cream

-barely any cheese

I DO EAT:

-fruits(I’m obsessed with: strawberries,tangerines, pears,apples)

-eggs

-sweet potatoes

-gluten free, wheat free pasta

-brown rice pasta

-Ensure

-oatmeal

-soy milk

-sushi and chicken

P.S.- I also work out twice a day 4-5 times a week. I RUN 2 miles every time I work out.I’ve never had plastic surgery.
